Interpretation and Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

• Application: the software program named Evasio.
• Application Store: the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Company: Blackbird Code Jakub Kostrzewski, Poznań 61-619 Sielawy 23b/46.
• Country: Poland.
